Returns and/or Exchanges

Returns must be made within 30 days from the day the package(s)/item(s) have been received.

All returned items must be in their original condition, items can not be worn or washed. All returned items will be inspected by our returns department to verify its condition. All returns must include a legible note that clearly states the purchase order number and what type of action you are requesting.

14 day return option
You will have two choices if the items are returned within 14 days from the day the package/items have been received.

Return option 1:
We will issue you a full refund for all items returned and you must pay for return shipping fees. We will provide a refund credit to you in the method in which it was paid for (Credit Card or PayPal ). Please expect all refunds to appear on your account within 5-7 business days of our processing the returned package.

Return option 2:
We will issue you full credit for all items returned and we will pay for return shipping fees. Please expect all refunds to appear on your account within 5-7 business days of our processing the returned package. We will email you a checkout code to use which will be in the same amount as your refund credit. The shipping fees will be provided to you in the method in which it was paid for (Credit Card or PayPal ).

15-30 day return policy
All package(s)/item(s) returned 15-30 days after the day the package(s)/item(s) have been received will be issued full credit only. You must pay for return shipping fees. Please use the return shipping address supplied on package label.

If you receive any damaged good/items or packaging errors because of us, the return shipping fees will be refunded to you in full. These refunds will be for standard first class shipping only and will not exceed the amount of the original shipping costs at the time of the purchase (order). Returned packages sent back using any form of expedited shipping will not receive a full shipping refund.

How do I find my order number?
You can find your order number in the invoice that was emailed to you at the time of your purchase.
